COMMENTS:  The Sterrett family house is well preserved and taken care of by it's owner and is an historic site for KY and Warren county. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the remains of this family cemetery which is overgrown and in the roadside with most of the stones broken and laid down. The Mizpah Cemetery where Samuel Murrell and Elizabeth Reid Sterrett are buried suffers the same fate, while their home is a national historic site east of Bristow, KY. I have a photograph of Samuel Murrell.. also photos of the remains of the Sterrett Headstones listed above. Matt Waack
