LOCK posted by Ron Locke on Saturday, July 26, 1997: Searching for any information on a Nancy LOCK. In the 1820 census for Shelby county Kentucky there is an entry for a Nancy LOCK on page 163. It indicates there was one male aged 10-16, three males aged 16-26, one female aged 10-16, one female aged 26-45, one female aged 45 or older, and one male slave under 10 years of age in the household. (Robert LOCK, b. 1798, would have been 21 or 22 years of age when this census was taken and could be one of the three males listed in this household.) I have been unable to determine who Robert's parents were at this point and woul;d appreciate any help ruling Nancy out. Thanks for your assistance.

The Marriage Bond was signed by William ROBERTSON and James ROBERTSON. James is possibly James ROBINSON that died in Shelby Co., Ky. in 1806. William and Jenny ROBERTSON may have moved to or lived in Shelby Co., Ky.. Does anyone have any information on any of these people.
