Mrs. Nora Graves Mckenzie age 75, widow of
Charles H. Mckenzie died at Nicholas Co. Hospital.
A native of Nicholas County, she was a member of the Ewing Baptist Church.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs Leslie (Ruby) Morris, Nicholas Co.,
Mrs. Luther (Opal) Hollar, Carlisle; Mrs. Theodore (May) Kell, Lexington, and
Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Gay, Robertson County:
five sons, Jack and Calvin Mckenzie, both of Covington: William Mckenzie, of Parl Hills;
Charles Mckenzie, of Ft. Thomas; and Ray Mckenzie, of Nicholas County;
two sisters, Mrs. Pamela Henson, Ewing, and Mrs. Mottie Maybrier, Millerburg; a brother,
John Graves, Ewing; 33 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2pm. Saturday at the Mathers-Shearer Chapel by Rev. H.H. Welch,
Burial will be in Carlisle Cemetery.
