Wray, Mary Rust

Mrs. Mary Wray, 86, Dies Sept. 20 In Beech Creek

Mrs. Mary Rust Wray, 86, well known resident of Beech Creek, died at her home Friday, Sept. 20 at 10:15 P.M. She was born in Pembroke, Christian County, April 3, 1860.

Funeral services were held Sunday Sept. 22, 2:30 P.M., in the Hazel Creek Church, with Rev. Kenneth S. Clendaniel officiating. and Rev. Forsythe assisting. The Parker and Washburne Funeral Home arranged the funeral. Burial was in the church cemetery with her grandsons acting as pallbearers, and her granddaughters serving as flower girls.

She is survived by three sons, Tom, Herschel and Henderson Wray, all of Belton; two daughters, Mrs. A. L. Wagoner, of Dunmor, and Mrs. Basil Parker, of Beech Creek; three sisters, Mrs. G. B. Ginsey and Mrs. E. T. Cisney, of Rosewood, and Mrs. Hugh Lee, of Weir; 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mrs. Wray was a member of Myers Chapel.

Wright. Infant daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Bobby Joe Wright.

Wright infant dies. The baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Joe Wright of Central City died during birth Saturday morning at the Muhlenberg County Community Hospital.

Burial was in the Browder Negro cemetery.
