Silas Morgan Harrod, son of Horace Harrod and Sarah Ann Quire, was born on 22 November 1866 and died on 30 April 1939. He married Margaret Jane Chism (born 30 August 1866, died 27 January 1908) before 1891. Silas, his wife, his parents, and several of his children are buried at the Lebanon Church Cemetery in Franklin County, Kentucky.
