died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Nicholas County, December 5, 1953, to the late Orie Lee and Pearlie Genet Fryman, he was an employee of Hammer Strength in Falmouth. He was survived by his wife, Patty Harding Fryman; a son Billy Lee (Sharon) Fryman, Cynthiana; a daughter, Susie Ann Livingood, Paris and two grandchildren, Kayla Ballinger and Alex Livingood. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Ware Funeral Home by Jeremy Northcutt. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Nicholas County. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society
