- Thomas Irvin to Andrew Glenn, Nancy Glenn, Sally Glenn, Elizabeth Ferguson (late Elizabeth Glenn), Joanna McCommon, John Culbertson, Thomas Irvin, Jane Irvin, members of the Presbyterian church of the Mount Zion Society, all of Muhlenberg County.
- In consideration of the love and natural affection which Thomas Irvin has for the grantees. 1½ acres, 33 square poles, being part of 200 acre survey purchased from William McCommon and entered in the name of Joseph Culbertson, on the waters of Nelson Creek.
