McNary Community Cemetery
Transcription of burials of African American persons based on information from Kentucky Death Certificates.
The community known as McNary Corners, south of McNary's Station, was below Harpe's Hill near the edge of Pond River bottom, on the lower Greenville and Madisonville Road. They received their mail at Earles.
Sanford McNary and Elizabeth, his wife, sold a plot of land in this locality to Aaron Littlepage, Johnson McNary, and Sanford McNary, Trustees for McNary Chapel AME Zion Church of America, on March 30, 1880.
