ADAMS, Mae Cash January 05, 1920 – October 04, 2008 CRAB ORCHARD - Mae Cash Adams, 88, of Crab Orchard passed away on Saturday, Oct. 4th, 2008, at the Rockcastle County Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was the wife of the late Hubert Adams. Mae was born in Lincoln County on Jan. 5, 1920. She was the daughter of the late John Alfred and Lovenia Alice (Wallace) Cash. She was a member of Ottawa Baptist Church. Mae is survived by her two daughters, Carol (Pat) Buckler of Stanford and Nadene Newcomb of Stanford; and six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Mae was preceded in death by her children, Donzeda and Ray Logsdon; brothers, Kermit and Clay Cash; and sisters, Jewell Brown and Ruby Taylor. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at Ottawa Baptist Church and will be officiated by Bro. Dan Gutenson and Bro. Jim Craig.
Burial will be in Ottawa Cemetery. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today, Oct. 5, 2008, at McKnight Funeral Home and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
