Birth, death and some marriage information have been extracted from Vital Statistics of Johnson Co Ky 1852-1904 by Charles C Wells.

JVS= Johnson Co Vital Statistics.  When this appears after a maiden name, this means that this maiden name was given in birth or death records of one of their children in the Johnson County Vital Statistics.  Birth place information listed after the husband or wife in the census are either from the marriage records, or most cases is information that was included in birth or death information of their children in the Vital Statistics.
