I, Kate H. Wright, wife of Augustine W. Wright now residing in the County of Franklin and Sate of Kentucky being of sound mind, but weak body, hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me do make and declare this my last will and testament.
I give convey and bequeath my estate and property real and personal of every kind and description what so ever to my husband Augustine W. Wright now residing in the City of
Chicago in the County of Cook and state of Illinois in trust for my daughter, Kate H. Wright, but in the event that he should survive my daughter, the said Kate H. Wright, I give
devise and bequeath all of said property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated to my husband, Augustine W. Wright for his own sole use and benefit, I appoint my husband
Augustine W. Wright of Chicago, Illinois sole Executor of this my last will and it is my desire that he may not be required to give bonds.
In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instruments as my last will in the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky on the Twenty Eight day
of August 1877.

The said Kate H. Wright in said County of Franklin and State of Kentucky on said 28th day of August 1877 signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the
same as and for her last will and testament at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Kate H. Wright, deceased was produced in Court and proven by the oaths of Edmund Botts and M. L. Hanly the subscribing
