Know all men by these presents that I William V. Wigginton of the county of Franklin & state of Kentucky do hereby ordain and make this my last Will &

Testament.

1st I appoint Thomas Rogers, Sr. and John Vaughan of said county my Executor to carry out and execute this will.

2and. In pursuance of a marriage contract between myself and my wife Jane Wiggington who was Jane Rice which contract is of record in Anderson

County Court Clerks office hereby devise to her the sum in cash of fifteen hundred dollars which is to be paid to her by my said Executors out of the

proceeds of my estate. And, I also set apart to her the best horse or mare I may have at my death and this too in accordance with said marriage contract,

and these items in accordance with said contract are in lieu of all dower and any and all other claims upon my estate. I further desire that my said

Executor shall set apart and give to my said wife one feather bed, stead and bedding, one loom, six chairs, one bureau, best I have, one dining table, 1

cooking stove, all the cupboard ware, one spring wagon, all the poultry on hand, all the bacon on hand and ten barrels of corn and one clock.

3rd. To the following persons my children and grandchildren, I give nothing for the reason that I have herefor given them full as much as would be their

distribution share in my estate and whether the sums so received by them be as much or more than an equal distribution it matters not, as they have

already received all I intend them to have. Their names are as follows: Joseph Wigginton, Shelmon Wiggington, Benjamin F. Wigginton, Samuel

Wiggington, Nathan Wiggington, Fanny Hackett and the children of my deceased daughters Cynthia Ann Trew, who was the wife of Frederick Trew.

4th To the following of my children Henry Wiggington, William Wigginton, Elijah Wiggington, Elizabeth Ireland, Nancy Calvert and Olivia Peterson. I

devise the proceeds of my entire estate after the payment of all my just debts and conforming to the second clause of my will herein. Now in the

division between the six children named in this clause of my will. I desire that the receipts I hold from them; the amount to be set down against each

(Some having received more than others) and that in the end all of them shall be recipients equally. That is one is not to have more than another, and

the amounts previously received are to be taken into the count or calculation.

5th I desire and direct my said Executors to sell all the estate which I possess both real and personal or mixed, upon such terms and credits as they

may deem most conducive to the interest of my estate except that part herein devised to my said wife Jane Wiggington and set forth in the second

clause of this will.

In testimony whereof I do hereunto set my hand in Frankfort, Ky this the 28th day of November 1868.
