I, John Riner of Franklin County make my last will and testament as follows, To wit: I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by Executors, hereafter

named. After payment of my debts and funeral expenses, I desire all my estate and property of every kind to be sold by my Executors, and the proceeds thereof equally

divided among my ten children; Should be dead at the time of said division leaving a child or children then living, such child or children to have the share of its deceased

parent.

It is further my will that the share of my estate hereby devised to my daughter, Jane Amanda Morton and Louisa Elizabeth Buford he held by my said Executors in trust

for the benefit of my said daughters and their children and interest interest in other property for their sole separate and exclusive use and benefit.

Lastly, I hereby appoint

my sons, Horace M. Riner and Charles Noah Riner Executors of this will. Witnessed my hadn this 13th day of July 1864.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John Riner, deceased, was produced in Court and proven by the oath of L. Hord a subscribing witness thereto

who also provides the attestation of A. H. Rennick & J. C. Coleman the other subscribing witnesses. Where upon it was ordered that said will be recorded. Which is done.
