In the name of God Amen, I George Penn of the County of Franklin State of Kentucky do make and publish this as my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to my son Robert T. Penn all my estate of every kind and description real, personal and mixed including all my slaves.
I have not devised to my daughters Harriet McSwain and Margaret McSwain any portion of my estate because I have heretofore given to them a fair and just proportion of my
estate. I appoint my said son, Robert Executor of my estate and direct that no security be requested of him by the County Court. Witness my hand this 28th November 1860.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George Penn, deceased was produced by the oath of J. T. Graham a witness thereto and the same is continued until
