In the name of God our father, God the son and God the Holy Ghost, Amen. I Hellen O'Hara, widow of Kean O'Hara, decd. of the county of Franklin County and State of Kentucky do
make this my last will and testament, Viz.
1. I give to my great grandson, Kean O'Hara Tremere all the property, money, and income left to me in fee simple or with right to dispose by my late husband, Kean O'Hara and which
is set forth in his will. l And should my great grandson Kean Tremere, die without lawful issue then I will that the same be given to his mother, Ellen Tremere my granddaughter and to
other children.
2. It was by my invitation that my granddaughter, Ellen Tremere came after her a marriage to live with me and I will and desire that no charge be made against her or her family for board
during my life. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this the fourteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight. I hereby appoint my friend,
James M. Lancaster the Executor of this my last will and the right to appoint another provided he cannot act. In testimony whereof I set my hands and affix my seal and date above named.
