In the name of God, I Lurinda Jett make this my last will and testament.
First, it is my will that all my just debts be paid.
2nd. It is my will that my husband, William T. Jett to have my household property to do as he pleases with.
3rd. It is my will that my house and land be rented until all my just debts are paid.
4th. It is my will that all the other property I have I give to my husband, William T. Jett and my two sisters, Mrs. Susan Chany and Mrs,. Bidsy Chany to have my all my property
both real and personal to be equally divided between them at a proper time be sold by my Executor. I do appoint Peter Jett my Executor to this my lat will and testament. Given
under my hand and seal this 14th September 1877.
