I, Thomas Hoover being of mature age and in sound mind do make and establish this my last will and testament this the 2and day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen
hundred and seventy six.
I give all I possess to my wife Elizabeth Hoover during her natural life and after death I want it to go to my sister Sarah Hoover, but I leave this part of the mater to my wife believing
she will do right. I want my wife to take as good care of the property as she can, but she must live as comfortably as she can for she has a hard time. I desire her to administor
on my estate and she will not be required to give security.
