I, Francis A. Duvall, farmer in Franklin County, State of Kentucky, being in sound mind, but feeble in body do make this my last will and testament as hereafter set forth.

I do hereby devise to my beloved wife, Celissa, all of my estate real and personal during the term of widowhood or until the youngest child comes of age, when an equal division of said

estate real and personal shall be made amongst the children or heirs of their bodies then surviving. And further enact that I whereby approve that my beloved wife, Celissa, to collect

and pay all debts for and against said estate. I therefore now in the fear of God do solemnly swear this to be my last will and testament. As witnessed my hand and seal, this 27th

day of February 1858.
