I, Beverly C. Arnold, of the county of Franklin and the State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and deposing memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of life and certainty of

death, do make this my last will and testament in words following to wit~

First ~ I desire that out of my personal estate my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

Second ~ After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Arnold, all the residue of my estate both real and personal

to her and her heirs forever.

Lastly ~ I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Margaret Arnold, Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments heretofore by

me made and desire that my Executrix not be required to give security. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 13th day of May 1868.
