I, Sarah H. Allen do declare and publish this my last will and testament. For Milton Moore to have my interest in the tract of land where Henry Harris is now living formerly owned

by William W. Allen, deceased, provided I depart this life before I sell it. This 4 day of January 1869. Milton Moore is to have the same for taking care of me in my affection.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sarah H. Allen, deceased was this day produced in court and there being no subscribing witnesses thereto, Mrs. A. A. Pruett

being sworn testified that she was well acquainted with the hand writing of said Allen, that the signature and the body of the will is wholly in the hand writing of the said testator and

continued for further proof.

with the hand writing of said Allen was wholly in the had writing of testator. Whereupon said will is ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of said Allen, deceased, which

is done.
