I Ambrose White of the County of Franklin and state of Kentucky do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say

1st. I give to my Daughter, Polly Church, widow of Thomas Church, decd. Ten Dollars.

2nd. I give to John Hampton, who intermarried with my Daughter, Betty, who has since departed this life, Ten Dollars

3 rd. I give to James Bryant Church, the son of Henderson Church and Charlotte, his wife, both whom are now dead, Ten Dollars

4th. I give to my beloved wife Cynthia, all the remainded of my Estate real, personal and mixed, which I now possess or may be in possession of at the time of

my death.

And, Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Cynthia, Executrix and John Morris and Gustavus S. Maury, Executors of this my last will and Testament,

hereby revoking all other former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. It is my wish and desire that no security be requested of my Executrix and Executors.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty sixth day of January in the year of Christ one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Ambrose White, decd. was produced in Court and was proved by the oath

of Henry Innis Morris and Daniel McCoy as the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded whereupon the same is truly recorded.
