In the name of God Amen, I Henry Tinsley of the County of Franklin & State of Kentucky being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind & disposing memory for which I
thank God and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with, I give &
bequeath the same in manner following. 1st I desire that all my perishable estate be immediately sold after my deceased and out of the monies arising therefrom, all my
just debts and funeral expenses be paid and the remainder of said monies (if any there be) be equally divided among my children.
2ly It is my will and desire that each and every one of my children, J.E., Charles, Betsey & Judith in the first place be made equal to Henry Wright & Rebecca his wife,
that each one receive as much of my estate as I have given them.
3ly It is my will and desire that the balance of my estate including my land and negroes be equally divided amongst them all including Henry Wright and Rebecca his wife.
And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Henry Wright (my son in law) Executor of this my last will & Testament hereby revolking all other or former wills or testaments
by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 6th day of August in the year of our Lord 1825.
