Be it remembered that I Elizabeth Tinsley of the County of Franklin & State of Kentucky being in weak in body but of sound mind and disposing
memory blessed be almighty God for same, do make, publish this my last will & testament in manner & form following viz:
First, I desire that my negro woman Rachel and increase, if any, be sold after my death and all my just debts, funeral expenses to be first paid
then the remaining balance to be equally divided amongst the seven children of my daughter Frances Yeager, viz; Peachy, Maleva, Beauford,
Edward, Eliza, Virinda and Frances and further I give and bequeath unto said Frances, the youngest daughter my bed and furniture to have to
hold forever. I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend John Feathinger, Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revolking all others
heretofore made by me in. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 30th June one thousand eight hundred and
twenty six.
