I Lucy Thomas make ordain & publish this as my last will & testament. I do hereby will & direct that at my death my negro man, William shall be & go free, and emancipated,
from all bond, of servitude and I do hereby emancipate, manumit & set him free at my death. And whosoever I may hereafter appoint as my executor or executrix or upon
whomsoever the charge may devoled of executing my will, It is my express & positive direction to them, to see to & to do all and every thing, that my be necessary & proper
to perfect & accomplish the emancipation & freedon of the said negroe. In testimony whereof I do subscribe & publish this as & for my last will and testament.
