James Sanders charges against his children, Nancy one girl named Jane at two hundred dollars, John one hundred twenty dollars, James one boy named Harrison two
hundred dollars, Henry one boy named Dick two hundred dollars, Franky one girl named Rose two hundred dollars, Betsy one girl named Louisa, Harrison three hundred
dollars, Alice one girl named Caroline three hundred fifty dollars, Philman five hundred and ten dollars. In addition to what has already been charged to John he is to be
charged with two hundred dollars by Guilford of my money, Leann one girl named Mary two hundred dollars, also one girl named Ann at three hundred dollars and no children.
Reuben one hundred and twenty dollars at ____, also eight hundred and ninety dollars by me. Edward one hundred and sixty dollars, this is money paid by me to Guilford
for Edward. To Guilford one boy named Henry at four hundred dollars. The above gifts are to stand against my children and from the balance of my estate after my death
they are all to share an equal part on this 2nd of May 1854. I leave my sons Henry P. Sanders and Reuben Sanders to settle my estate after my death.
