Franklin County, Kentucky, September 15th, 1845
In the name of God Amen I, Permelia Rosson, being in a low state of health, but of a sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament.
1 st. It is my will that all my just debts and personal expenses be paid.
2nd. It is my will that my daughter, Rebecca Wright have all of my household furniture and all of the money, notes of hand due me or acts I may have for moneys due
me by the U. S. of America or individuals to have and to hold the same for the support of herself and children. It is my further will that my daughter, Rebecca Wright
have an equal share of my lands that may be coming to me from the U. S. Government.
3rd. It is my will that my son-in-law, James R. Wright be my executor after my last will and testament. Witness my hand this day and date above written.
