I, Jemima Oneal of Franklin County do hereby make this my last will and testament in manner of form following: 1st. I desire that immediately after my decease all my _____ estate

of every kind be sold after my funeral expenses and physicians bill shall have been paid. I desire the residue divided equally between my brothers heirs. 2nd. I desire that my executors

to be named do as soon as convenient after my death. Manumet get free according to the forms of lien in said case provided by negro girl slave named Ann. And lastly I do hereby

appoint my brother John Spicer and my friend Pearsaul Douthitt executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me made. In

witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day July 1837.

The mancuption will of Jemima Oneal was produced in Court and proved by the oaths of C. J. Blackburn, Jr. and Isaac Wingate, who ___ the same to writing and at the request of the

testator, subscribers their names as witnesses thereto to be the act and deed of said testator, whereupon it is ordered that the same be recorded as the last will and testament of said

testator, which is done accordingly.
