In the name of God amen I Sally Neal of the County Franklin State of Kentucky being of perfect strength of mind & memory but calling to mind the transitory and fleeting state
of time and things, do make and ordain 1st my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit Impremes (sp?) give and bequeath to my niece Jane Stout my bed and
furniture and waring apparel, the four hundred fifty dollars I lent Benjamin C. Stephens. I give and bequeath two hundred dollars of that money to Jane Stouts children and the
ballance of the money I give and bequeath to Daniel Stephens children & Ann Shockleys children and I do bequeath the same accordingly to them and their forever. Lastly I do
hereby constitute and appoint Richard Stout & Thomas Shockley of Franklin County executors of this my last will and testament, and I do hereby revoke and annul all and every
other will or wills by me heretofore made, and I do hereby declare publish acknowledge this and this only to be my last will and testament June 11 1838.

The last will & testament of Sally Neal decd. was further proven by the oath of Thomas G. Crutcher a subscribing witness thereto & ordered to be recorded, whereupon
the said will is truly recorded in my office.
