I Henry Lewis of Franklin county and State of Kentucky do hereby make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first I desire that my Just debts
be paid out of my Estate and all of land & negroes & stock of every description Household & Kitchen furniture to remain with my wife for her use during her lifetime and after her
death I desire that my land shall be equally divided between my sons Charles & Henry and the negroes Hannah Rachal Moriah, Anthony James & John and their increase if any
to be equally divided between Nancy White, Permelia Stout, Charles & Henry Lewis and in like manner all of my stock, household & Kitchen furniture & farming utensils to be
divided between the above named children & I wish that Hannah and Rachel be permitted to chuse at the division which of the above named children they wish to live with and I
leave to my daughters Sally & Polly and Zachary Lewis heirs one dollar each and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Executrix & Charles & Henry Lewis my
Executors to this my last will & testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 14th day of December 1830.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Harry Lewis decd.. was produced in court and proved by the Oaths of William Hall and Robert Collins the subscribing
witnesses thereto whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded which is done accordingly in my office.
