I, Martha A. Featherstone being of sound mind and disposing memory do maike and ordain this my last will and testament. 1st. I bequeath to my beloved sister, Priscilla Talbot for and
during her natural life fifteen shares of stock in the Bank of Kentucky left to me by the last will and testatment of my brother Isham Talbot and at her death to be equally divided between
the children of my late brother; Eliza G. Dudley, Juliet Samuel and Wm. G. Talbot. 2nd. I devise and bequeath to my sister Priscilla her heirs and assigns all other property of which I
am possessed whether real personal or mixed. 3rd. I devise that Ambrose W. Dudley, Churchill Samuel and Wm. G. Talbot shall be the executors of this my last will and testament
and having full confidence in their honesty, capacity and integrity, request that the county court shall not demand security of them. To which I have this day set my hand and affixed my
seal this 1st day of October 1837.
