In the name of God Amen, I, Susan Crutcher, do make this my last will and testament.
First, I wish all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid.
2and, I give to Doctor Those. K. Iles? of Midway, Kentucky one hundred dollars.
3rd, I give to James Ships children in Virginia one third of my estate.
4th, I give to Susan Alley of Frankfort, Kentucky one third of my estate.
5th, I also give to Rebeckah Montague of Midway, Kentucky the remaining one third of my estate, which consist of a house and lot in Midway, Woodford County, Kentucky
and cash notes and money. And, I wish Nelson Alley, appointed my executor to carry out this will signed sealed this 1st day of September 1854.
