Being sincere of the uncertainty of life, I William Church do hereby make this my last will and testament.

I will & bequeath the whole of my property both real & personal & mixed to be Equally divided between my two children John Church

& Catherine Church. I do hereby appoint Jacob Swigert & F. P. Blair the Executors of my last will & testament, and I do hereby

appoint F. P. Blair, the guardian of my children. I do hereby ordain that my negroes Troy and Jenny be set free at expiration of

ten (10) years provided they behave so that in the opinion of the persons who may then have the execution of my will they have not

performed the privilege hereby granted them.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Wm. Church, deceased was produced in court and proven by the oath of

Tobias Willhoite one of the subscribing witnesses who also made oath that it was signed and attested by Lewis Willhoite another

of the subscribing witnesses in his presence and the said will being fully proven. It is ordered that the same be recorded.
