I Judy Campbell a free person of colour the wife of Sampson Campbell of the Town of Frankfort and state of Kentucky do hereby make this my last will and testament --
First I have this day by my written bill of sale set my husband who I purchased of David C. Humphreys free this I again ratify. Second I subject all of my estate to the
payment of my just debts. Third after the payment of my just debts the balance of whatever kind or nature of my estate I bequeath to my said husband who is to pay
my debts out of my estate to him & his heirs forever. Last I request Alexander H. Rennick to see that my last will is fully attended to -- In witness whereof I have set
my name and affixed my seal this 13th day of July 1839.
