As I expect to go to Virginia, I make this will that if I should die single that father my debts are paid the balance of my estate to be sold by my father and equally divided between
my brothers and sisters as they my need it. Witness my hand this 8th day of July 1829.

Alexander W. Macklin, William S. Johnson and Charles Buck that the said will and signature is wholly in the hand writing of said decedent and thereupon the same is ordered to be recorded.
