I William W. Bacon of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do make and ordain this as my last will testament hereby revoking all and every will heretofore by me made. I do

hereby devise all my estate both real personal and mixed where ever the same may be unto Philip Swigert my executor, in trust for the following puposes.

1st To pay all my just debts and liabilities and after they discharged to be held by him in trust for my family, my wife and children to be entitled to the said residuim in the same proportion

that they would have been enjoyed it had I died intestate and in any event my wife to have an ample and comfortable support, and I do hereby authorize and empower my said executor

and trustee from time to time to sell and convey any of my said estate and in such order and on such terms as he may deem most to the advantage of my estate, and also to compromise

any difficulties that may exist concerning or claims that may be assessed against my estate and wil the proceeds of my estate. I authorize said trustee and Executor to purchase if

he think proper any other property and from time to time vest and reinvest the same and when he thinks it expedient to do so to convey the whole of the residue of my estate after the

payment of my debts and liabilities to said trustee as he may deem proper to be held by such trustee for the benefit of my family in such manner as they would held the same had I died

intestate, provided as aforesaid in any event my wife to have and ample and comfortable support.

I hereby make Philip Swigert my sole trustee and executor of this my will and having full confidence in his integrity request that he may qualify without giving security as such.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3 day of March 1845.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Williamson W Bacon decd was presented in court and was proven by the oaths of E. H. Watron Charles G. Pythian and

Albert Bacon the subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon it is ordered that the same be recorded as the last will & testament of the said Williamsom W Bacon decd, and the

same is truly recorded in my office.
