This my last will and testament in the name of God amen. Whereas I am weak and low in health but in my perfect mind and wish to make a distribution of my property
to my mind as follows towit: I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth two feather beds and furniture one young bay mare two cows one burew on folden leaf
table three sheep fifteen hogs one large kettle one oven and pot six cheers one flax wheel and one -- and all the table furniture and one flax hackle one sugar tub and
churn and as much --- as she needs and one side saddle and the poles and --- and all the farming tools that is necsary for her use and the land whereon I now live
and all the provisions that is lain in for the present year to have and to hold all the above menamed property so long as she lives. I further will and bequeath that all the
remanor of my property shall be sold and after my debts are paid the balance to be put out on in trust until my children bee cums of age or mared and to be equally divided
them towit A marred virgin Susan, Haret and Elizabeth and I apoint Robert Young and Jacob Elliston as Executors as witness my hand and seal this 3 day of April in the
year of our Lord 1823.
