In the name of God Amen, I Notley Weathers of Woodford County, being of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my last will or testament.
Item 1st - I will all my just debts and burial expenses to be paid.
Item 2nd - I give all my box of carpenter tools to my brother, Abijah Weathers
Item 3rd - I give my riding horse, saddle and bridle and all debts and monies not due or may hereafter be due to Miss Carline C. Inis, daughter of Harry B. Innis, deceased.
Item 4th - My will and devise is that Wm. Jacob Creath and
Jno. Karsner be my executors.
