In the name of God Amen, I Thomas Tunstall of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do ordain, constitute and appoint my friend Thomas Todd

of the County of Woodford and State aforesaid, Executor, and my wife Milly Tunstall Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all

former wills be me made.

Impremis, I direct that my said Executor and Executrix will first pay all my just debts and I hereby give all my Estate both real and personal to my wife

Milly Tunstall aforesaid to be by her disposse of in manner and form as she may think proper allowing my son Henry Tunstall an annuity of fifty dollars

during his life payable out of my said Estate. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of October in the year of our

Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine.

At a Court held for the County of Franklin at the Court house in the town of Frankfort on

Monday the 18th day of June 1810.

An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas Tunstall, deceased

was produced in Court by Thomas Todd one of the Executors therein and proven by the oaths of

Tunstall Cox and Richard W. Todd one of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
