In the name of God Amen, I Samuel Tracy of the county of Franklin and Commonwealth of Kentucky do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, viz;
Impremis I desire that my just debts legacies to be paid by my Executors hereafter named.
Item; I give to my son, John Tracy, one half a crown and no more. To my daughter, Polly Faught, one half a crown and no more. Betsey Parrent, James Tracy and Peggy Tracy
at my decease, is to have my whole estate, both real and personal; divided between them, each to have an equal proportion. I appoint Thomas McQuiddy, James Smart, William
Payne and Thomas McCrary the Executors of my last will and testament and what ever my said Executors shall do or have done shall be as valid in law as if I had done the
same myself. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four.
