In the name of God Amen, the 26 day of February 1808, I Isaac Sacrey of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being very sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and
memory thanks be given to God therefore calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will
and testament. That is to say, principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul unto the hands of God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in
decent Christian burial and as touching such worldly estate where with it has pleased God to bless me in this life. I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner
and form. First of all I give to my son Robert Sacrey, one sow out of my estate. Secondly, I give to my daughter Caty Sacrey, one cow and calf. Thirdly, I leave my stud horse
to be sold and the money to be appropriated to the use of my small children and all the balance of my estate I leave to my wife, Elizabeth, so long as she continues my widow or
life if she continues my widow and after her death all my estate to be divided between my five sons and five daughters. I likewise constitute, make and ordain Reuben Samuel my
sole Executor of this my last will and testament, ratifying and confirming this and no other to my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year above written.

At a Court held for the County of Franklin on Monday the 18th day of April 1808.
A will purporting to be the last will and testament of Isaac Sacrey, deceased was produced in Court and proven by the oaths of Larkin Samuel and Peter Samuel, subscribing
witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
