I, William Quire, of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament.
First, I desire that all the pensable part of my estate be immediately sold after my decease and out of the money arriving'therefrom, all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
Second, After my just debts and funeral expenses, I give to Amy Brit all my personal estate and real estate for during her natural life and after her death to her heirs
and to be enjoyed by her and them forever.
This the first day of August in the year of our Lord 1874 .

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William Quire, decd.. late of the County, was produced to Court and proven by the oaths of Nelson Moore, decd.
one of the subscribing witnesses, thereto, who also proves the attestation of William B. Moore the other subscribing witness. Whereupon it was ordered that said will be
recorded, which is done.
