I , Thomas Lowry, being in a low state of breath, but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament in manner of following, Viz: I give and bequeath to Catharine
Harris Shiell, and Maria Knox Innis, all the estate of every kind which I have in possession or may have a claim to which is be equally divided between them and to their heirs forever.
I do appoint Harry Innis my Executor with full power to adjust my demand as Apee of Isaac Hicks against ____ Goforth of the state of Ohio in any manner he shall think most to the
advantage of my legatees. In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of August 1803.
