FIn the name of God Amen, I William Graves of the county of Franklin and State of Kentucky being very sick but of perfect mind and memory. Thanks be given to Almighty God, calling
unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say, Principally and first of all I give
and recommend my soul into the hands of Almmighty God that gave and my Body I recommend to the Earth, to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the Discretion of my Friends and
as touching such worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life. I Give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner. Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved
wife Mary Graves after the paying of all my just debts everything then remaining to her and her heirs forever. I do hereby constitute and ordain Jno. Arnold Jnr. and Mary Graves my wife
Exec. & Exec. of this my Last will and Testament. And I do hereby utterly disallow revel and disannul all and every other former Testaments, Wills, Legacies, Bequests & Executions by
me in any wise before made willed and Bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament, In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
this Seventh day of August in the year One thousand Eight hundred & four. Signed sealed and delivered by the said William Graves as his last will & Testament in the presence of us who
in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.

At a Court held in Franklin County on Monday the 16th day of December 1805 A writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of William Graves decd. was produced in court and
proven by the Oaths of Scott Brown & Thomas J Withers subscribing witnesses thereto which is ordered to be recorded. John Arnold Jnr. One of the Executors named in said will came
into court and offered John Bennet his security who was accepted of by the Court and thereupon entered into bond in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars condtioned as the law
directs & took oath prescribed by law.
