In the name of God amen, I Margaret Freeman of the County of Franklin being of sound mind & disposed of Judgement do make
this my last will & Testament in manner following.
I give and bequeath to Ephraim Lillard my negro man Peter and my negro boy Harry subject (page is torn and taped) . . with the
payment of two hundred dollars to be equally divided & paid to my grandchildren Stephen Prather, Betsy Givens, Elenor McKinney
and the heirs of Thomas Prather which last is to be considered as said Thomas Prather share & to be equally divided amongst them,
& I give and bequeath to the said Ephraim Lillard all the residue of my property of whatsoever description and I do hereby revoke and
annull all other wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of October one thousand
Eight hundred and Eighteen.

It is further my will and desire that the following be considered as a part of this my last will & Testatment towit; that my two negroes
Peter & Harry herein bequeathed to Ephrain Lillard shall not be sold but retained in his said Lillard's family and that in case they
should be sold [but retained by] (crossed out) contrary to this my last will such act shall entitle the said negroes to their freedon
from all service.
It is also my desire that it be perfectly understood that I have sold for a valuable consideration my negroes; Lucy, Wash and
Stephen to Will Robinson. In witness whereof I have again subscribed this addition to my last will and Testament. But before
signing the letter to confirm the said William Robinson's title to said negroes I do hereby give & bequeath the said negroes
Lucy, Wash & Stephen to said Robinson his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this
October 4, 1819.
