In the name of God amen, I Bartlett Ford of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being on perfect mind and sound memory

and well knowing that it is decreed that all men must die do hereby make this my last will & Testament hereby revolking all other wills

heretofore by me made.

1st. Item. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid by me executors hereafter mentioned and my body decently buried.

As to my worldly property it has pleased god to bestow on me I leave as follows. I leave and bequeath to my daughter Nancy

Robertson One dollar and all other property that I have heretofore given her.

Item. I leave and bequeath to my daughter Sally Peerson one dollar and her property that I have heretofore given . . . (torn page)

Item. I leave and bequeath to my son George Ford one dollar and all other property I have heretofore given him.

Item. I leave and bequeath to my daughter Sally Halson one doller and all other property I have heretofore given her.

Item. I leave and bequeath to my daughter Polly Gate one dollar and all other property I have heretofore given her.

Item. I leave and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Ford my parcel of land whereon I now live containing one hundred and twenty three

acres be the same more or less, also all my stock of horses, cattle, sheep and hogs, and all my household and kitchen furniture of any

description, also all the plows, hoes, axes and all the plantation - - of any descriptioin, also all the money that may be due me at my

death by land or open account. Also all the geese, turkey, ducks & poultry of every kind during her life and after her deceased it is my

will and desire that ll the land as above specified descend to my son Andrew Jackson Ford to him his heirs. Also all the stock,

household & kitchen furniture and all the property as above described after the death of his mother. And lastly, I do here institute

and appoint my trusty friend this executor & my beloved (torn page) Nancy Ford exec. of the (torn page) last will and testament (torn page)
