In the name of god amen, I, John Edringron, Senr. of Franklin County being sick and weak tho of perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

First, I lend to my beloved wife, Margaret the land I now live on containing one hundred acres with all the rest of the property I now posses during natural life and after her death for

the whole of to be sold and equally divided among the whole of my surviving children, Jane, Polly, John, Joseph, Benjamin, Rebekah and Nancy. I appoint my three sons, John,

Joseph and Benjamin Edrington Executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of April 1804.
