Memorandum of expressions made by James Eadson, during the illness of which he died, intended by him as his will, he being sensible of what he was speaking, called on us the

subscribers to bear witness to what he said viz:

It is my will and desire, in case I die of my present illness, that the property of what land soever I now possess or am in any manner entitled to from my fathers estate or otherwise

together with the increase of said property shall go to and being eyed by my sister, Nancy Eadson during her life and in case my said sister shall die without legal heir then it is my

will and desire that so much of the estate which my said sister may posses at the time of her death out of the property or its increase hereby bequeathed to her shall descend to my

niece, Lucy Kelly and be vested in her and her heirs forever. But, in case my said sister should have legal heir then and in that case the property hereby bequeathed to her and its

increase shall descend to said legal heir after her death.

The foregoing nunempative will of James Eadson was made during his last illness at his mothers in Franklin County which was place of abode for more than four weeks previous to

his death and we were called to witness that it contained his last will and testament and that the same was reduced to writing within six days after speaking the same.

Given under our hands this 4th day of January 1807.
