In the name of God Amen, I Sarah Colquit of Franklin County being sickly and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament
in the following:
1st - I give to my son William Samuel a golden ring.
2nd - It is my desire that the negro girl Margaret (which I lent to my daughter Ann Garnett, dec'd) and her increase to be equally divided amongst the aforementioned Ann
Garnett's surviving children, when Waller Garnett gets to the age of eighteen years.
3rd - I give to my son-in-law John Garnett five shillings.
4th - I lend to my daughtger, Sally Gibson, one negro (Buck) until Wm. Gibson gets of age. Then the said William Gibson is to have him during his life and his lawfull heirs
begotten of him forever, but if he should die without such, the said negro Buck is to be equally divided amongst my daughter Sally Gibson's living children. I likewise give
Wm. Gibson my horse, my cattle and my sheep.
5th - I give all the rest of my estate to my daughter Sally Gibson and her heirs except a negro woman named Molly, which at my death shall be at perfect liberty, and is my
request that my Executrix and Executors, which I hereby appoint named Edmond Vaughen, John Brown and Earnest F. Martinie, might see that it was swoorn and lawfully
done so likewise the rest of this my last will and testament: In writing whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this 15th day of February, 1796.

At a court held for the County of Franklin on Tuesday, the 22nd day of June, 1796, the last will and testament of Sarah Colquit was produced in court and proved by the oaths
of William Ware, William Bullard and Sasanna Martenie, thereto. Edmond Vaughan, John Brown and Earnest Martenie, Executors we give bond with security, the oath, by law.
