In the name of God Amen, I I Edmund Chiles of the town of Frankfort and state of Kentucky, being weak in body, but of sound mind do make this my last will and testament, Hereby
revoking all or any other will or wills heretofore made in manner following towit:
Item: It is my will and desire that after my decease that my brother Chiles, commonly called Burwell, shall have my house and lot in the town of aforesaid which was conveyed to me
by Kissell Lewis, deputy sheriff of Franklin County by deed dated July 26th one thousand eight hundred and twenty one and duly recorded in the office of the clerk of the county court
of Franklin in Deed Book I, page 302 as by reference thereto will morefully appear, which said house and lot I hereby give to said Burwell his heirs and legal representatives proven.
Item: It is my will and desire that the said Burwell Chiles shall also have all or any sum or sums of money due or to become to me and I do give the same to him and his heirs forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this 2nd day of August 1822.
