Be it remembered that I Elizabeth Benners of the town of Frankfort and state of Kentucky, widow and being of sound mind and memory sensible of my mortality have

thought fit to make and hereby do make my last will and testament despecting my worldly goods and estate in manner in following: that is to say:

First, I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be duly paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

Item: My mind and will is that my beloved daughter Ann Elizabeth Instone shall have and receive the interest and income of all my estate to her sole and separate

use only during the term of her natural life, and after the deceased of her my said daughter, Ann Elizabeth my mind and will is and I do give and devise and bequeath

all my estate real and personal and residue and remainder thereof, whatsoever and wheresoever unto all and every the child and children of her my said daughter, Ann

Elizabeth that shall be living at the time of her deceased and the lawful issue of such her children as shall be deceased, their respective heirs and assigns in equal parts

as tenants in common. __? that such lawful issue take and inherit such part and share only as his, her or their deceased parent might have ,had and taken if then

living. My reason for this giving my estate to my said daughter and her children is because I have thought she and they have more need thereof than the rest of my

family and connections. I do nominate and appoint my friend Christopher Greenup my trustee for the purpose herein mentioned and also my executor of this my last

will and testament. And lastly, I do hereby revoke all other wills and testament by me theretofor made and published. In witness, whereof I have hereunto set my hand

and seal this twenty-ninth day of September in the year eighteen hundred and four. Signed, sealed and delivered and published in our presents by the said testatrive,

Elizabeth Benners as her last will and testament.
